| A lakeside campsite by the Compiègne Forest. Ideal as a holiday destination, for a short break to Disneyland® Resort Paris, or as an stop over en-route to the south of France. Set beside a meandering river and within walking distance of Vic-sur-Aisne, the attractively landscaped parkland has tall poplar trees and weeping willows. The old stone farm buildings which house the restaurant and bar have been tastefully converted and the terrace overlooks the swimming pool, which now features indoor waterslides and covered pool. In addition you can hire pedalos and canoes on the small campsite lake, two new lakes are available, one for swimming, the other for fishing. The site remains extremely popular amongst anglers. If you’re in need of some real pampering, don’t forget to book yourself into the fantastic on-site spa and beauty therapy centre. The site has also just added a new ‘pub’ complex with underground disco for teenagers. |
