 From Saintes take the D728, direction Marennes and Ile d’oleron. After about 20 miles the road becomes the D123. Continue along the D123, which bypasses the town of Marennes and
comes to a roundabout.Take the second exit sign-posted La Tremblade. Along this road, you will pass over the Pont de la Seudre (Seudre Bridge). After crossing the bridge, you will come
to a roundabout with a small boat in the middle of it. Take the second exit sign-posted for Arvert and Royan on the D25. About2 miles there is another roundabout, take the first exit sign
posted Diree.Travel through the small village of Diree, continue along this country road eventually passingthrough a semiresidential area before coming to another roundabout. At this roundabout take the second exit sign-posted to La Palmyre. Continue along this road for about 1.5 miles to the roundabout in La Palmyre. Take the first exit (the campsite is sign-posted), Bonne Anse plage is approximately 2 miles along this road on the left hand side. |
